The staff is pretty friendly, pleasant.

Clean and cozy rooms, plus they have modern TVs. Maybe a little late with saying sorry once in a while wouldn't hurt 📺.

The room was newly remodelled and spotlessly clean with a newer tv or even an apology and it had wake-up service, that's cool. Location: the hotel was just next door to many restaurants and stores, other areas and an alley...

The unit we got was pet-friendly and immaculately clean with even an apology, the bathtub, as example.

The hotel room was warm and exceptionally clean. The location is great, adjacent to many restaurants and stores, making it easily accessible.- There is an A&W Restaurant nearby for grabbing something to eat.

The location of Westgate Inn is comfortable and great. It is really close to other areas, many restaurants, stores, and Confederation Mall.

Lack of attention to maintenance and upkeep in the rooms, leading to worn out furniture and threadbare towels. Unpleasant odor in the rooms, potentially indicating mold or poor air quality.

Our queen room was equipped with a modern TV, and we appreciated the service.

The room wasnice and neat, and we had a pleasant stay at Westgate Inn. We especially appreciated the continental breakfast that was provided, it was adequate and convenient. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby box stores and a bank.

It was a good spot to freshen up, have a shower, and get a good night's sleep after a few days of camping. Being on the second floor made us feel safer in a questionable neighborhood. the location was easy to find and parking was available right in front of the hotel. The lady at the front desk during check-out was very helpful and made our departure smooth. Cons: Nothing could have been better! 😊.
